LOST PACKAGES
G321 apparel is not responsible for any lost packages after tracking number has been provided to customer. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we advised that you contact the carrier and file a claim with the tracking number provided and we will also check with the carrier to investigate and come with a resolution in benefit of the client.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We want our customers to be satisfied with G321 apparel purchases. Items in NEW condition meaning no stains, no smell, unwashed, and unworn can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
